Hugo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Environmental Economics and Management, both from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Porto (UP). He has extensive experience in European funding and has worked on all phases of project life cycles, as well as on international tenders, strategic consulting, research and communication activities.
