Ismail has a strong background in business management and is passionate about the energy transition. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Warsaw University of Business, and is currently completing a Master’s in Management of Energy and Environmental Transition at the University of Genoa. Before joining Magellan Circle, Ismail spent over three years in the financial sector at Marsh McLennan, one of the world’s leading insurance brokers. There, he managed insurance processes, optimised automation, and collaborated closely with underwriters and claims adjusters.

He is currently developing sustainable business opportunities, drawing on the experience he gained through an internship in ESG and AI business applications to integrate environmental, social, and AI-driven solutions into client projects. Ismail has also gained experience in research and innovation initiatives, leading a team in the HTE GeNiUS programme that explored converting CO₂ into valuable chemicals. He is known for his proactive and collaborative working style.
