With a master’s and a PhD degree in Maritime Affairs, Reza has a long-standing sea-going experience as a marine engineer officer. Reza has been involved in several projects, in the port and maritime sectors, in the fields of research, desktop analyses, surveys, and policy and technical recommendations.
